Making A Psychic Journey

The Swiss psychoanalyst, Carl Jung, believed that life is divided into two stages. In the first stage, we experience and interact with the forces around us; the external reality. In doing this, we learn to define ourselves according to what we are surrounded by. After the age of 35, Jung believed that we turn our attentions inward and start to explore our own subconscious identities in an attempt to complete the jigsaw from all angles.
