2012: Over and out
According to the Mayan calendar, the world is due to end in 2012!!! Run for the hills. Yikes. Etc.
To subtly promote/find a tie in with the forthcoming 2012 movie, directed by Roland Emmerich and starring John Cusack, pictured, the Telegraph has given us a run down of what’s most likely to wipe out mankind in 2012.
Evidence for the 2012 prediction is... er... patchy but the article examines the likelihood of catastrophe from Alien invasion/government confirmation of extraterrestrial contact 1/10 odds, solar catastrophe mass casualty terrorism and various other ways we’re likely to go to hell in a hand basket. Woop-woop.
