New Psychic Website
As you may have noticed, we at Kooma have re-launched our website, keeping us ahead of the others in terms of user experience, value and simplicity. We believe passionately in making each and every customer experience as good as it can be and hopefully you agree that the new site is a further improvement.
We’ve made some great new changes, so please check them out. We’ve looked to simplify the way you can browse and select a reader, we’ve improved the profile of each reader with a FAQ section where they tell you about themselves in their own words around such topics as skills, education and experience. We’ve also change the “My Kooma” experience so that as well as the history of your previous readings and being eligible to great offerings through our newsletter, you can now buy a reading online and leave reviews on your readings.
Advanced Search
We have introduced a great new search tool where you can “stack” reader skills – and sort your results by available readers or highest rated.
Skill Search
If you are looking for clairvoyants, mediums or even Tarot readers, you can now directly navigate to a dedicate page from the home page– and list of readers with that skill.
Favourites
By creating a Kooma account, you can select readers as favourites and navigate to a dedicated favourites page so you can easily and quickly see when your favourite readers are online, and read what other customers have to say about them too.
Buy a Reading
As well as being able to speak to our customer care team at any time day or night to create a Kooma account and purchase a reading, and also be able to buy a reading from within a phone call to the service, you can now buy a reading from within your web account seamlessly.
Managing Your Account
By creating a Kooma account you can also quickly and easily change your account details, telephone numbers, credit cards etc. without the need to speak to our customer care team if your choose.
Ratings and Reviews
Once you have had a reading with a reader, you can log into your Kooma account, post a review and rate the reading. Because only customers who have had a reading with a reader can post a review and rating you can be assured that every rating and review is 100% genuine.
Reader Profiles
We have greatly added to the content available on each reader, including a frequently asked questions section, to assist you in deciding which of our gifted readers to choose to have a reading with. The reader profiles are written by the readers themselves, they are not scripted so again you can be assured that when choosing a reader to make a connection with the profile is a great place to start and really get to know the reader.
Improved Blog
We’ve improved our blog, a great place to keep up to date on developments and interesting stories from the psychic world. As well as updating more often you can now also search by tags or categories to ensure you get access to great fresh, relevant psychic content whenever you want.
Image Galleries
Ever get lost in a website? We do often. To help your navigation we have ensured that each page has a bold unique image on it to help you find out where you are. You can also click on our logo in the top right hand corner of the page to take you back to the home page any time you want.
Improved Navigation
We have looked long and hard at the way our many thousands of customers use our site and have changed our menu bar options to meet that demand. All menu bar items are now persistent, there are no awkward or clumsy drop downs and everything is in the same place on every page.
