SMS FAQs
1. How does it work?
A Kooma Psychic SMS reading begins as soon as one of our psychic readers receives
your question. Simply send the word ‘kooma’ plus your question to 66770 e.g. kooma
Hi. Is this a good week for me to start a new romance? One of our psychics will
respond to you via a FREE SMS requesting your name and more importantly, your date
of birth. Simply text them back with this information and they will be able to give
you some spiritual insight once they have verified you are over 18 years of age.
2. Can I choose my SMS Reader?
Yes, you can by simply inserting the pin of your reader instead of the word kooma
at the beginning of your question. i.e. 1001 what does my future hold?
3. What if there are no SMS Psychics available?
The service is available 24/7 so there will always be readers available to answer
your queries and provide you with guidance.
4. What does it cost?
Except for the first response you receive from a Kooma psychic, each answer you
receive via SMS will cost £1.50 (max 2 texts per reply).
5. Am I going to receive lots of unwanted messages
from you billing me £1.50 each time?
Absolutely not. You will only receive billed messages from us containing responses
to the questions you have asked. This is not a subscription service so you only
pay for what you requested.
6. How long does it take to get a reply?
A Kooma SMS Reader will usually reply to you within minutes.
7. I sent a text message to you giving you my
date of birth but I have not had a response back. Why?
If you are under 18 years of age, we are unable to provide you with a response.
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By not responding to you, this
also ensures that you are not billed unnecessarily. If you did send us your date
of birth which indicated you are 18 years or older and feel that you should have
had a response by now, please contact us on 0844 944 3044 (24 hour helpdesk) and
we will be happy to help.
8. Do you have a mobile website or an iPhone
app?
Not yet, although these will be coming very soon. Some 'smart phones' (such as the
iPhone) will display websites (such as this one) and if you have such a handset
simply visit: www.kooma.co.uk
